These delicious fruits also contain B and C vitamins, iron, copper, manganese, and phosphorus. They are available all year round, but are most abundant in late summer and autumn. Guavas/feijoas Guava has pink flesh colored by lycopene, and the feijoa (otherwise known as a pineapple guava) has yellow flesh. Both are rich in soluble fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants such as macular protective carotenoids.
