AutuMn fruits Green smoothies are never dull in autumn, with variety like no other time of the year. Apples The soluble fiber pectin, rich in apples, is important for lowering cholesterol and encourages growth of good bacteria in the bowel. As well as B and C vitamins, apples contain the mineral boron, important for bone health.
