VISION

By 2035, the Management Study Program aims to produce outstanding graduates in the fields of entrepreneurship and managerial sciences, based on social principles, technology, and innovation, who are globally competitive and grounded in Islamic values.

 

MISSION

Mission of the Study Program (Tri Dharma)

Education and Teaching

    • Develop a curriculum that is responsive to global changes in the fields of entrepreneurship and management.
    • Implement innovative, inclusive, and technology-based teaching methods.
    • Enhance the capabilities of lecturers and students through continuous training and education.

Research

    • Encourage and support interdisciplinary research in entrepreneurship and management.
    • Build research collaborations with national and international institutions.
    • Apply research findings to improve the quality of education and teaching, as well as contribute to society.

Community Service

    • Apply entrepreneurial and managerial knowledge to improve community welfare.
    • Provide training and development programs for the community in the field of entrepreneurship.
    • Strengthen collaboration with stakeholders to integrate Islamic values into management and entrepreneurship practices.

Mission of the Study Program (Institutional)

  • Develop and organize a curriculum that aligns with the advancements in science and technological innovation, while implementing innovative learning strategies that stimulate critical thinking and practical skills.
  • Encourage a culture of research, development, and innovation among lecturers and students by examining and exploring relevant management and entrepreneurship issues in both local and global contexts.
  • Prepare graduates with the skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship, emphasizing leadership, ethics, Islamic values, and social problem-solving.
  • Integrate the latest technology to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability in managerial processes.
  • Build and develop collaborative networks with industries, government institutions, and communities to support the development of practical skills and provide positive contributions to society.
  • Instill and cultivate character based on Islamic values, creating graduates who possess integrity, empathy, and responsibility in their roles as actors in the fields of entrepreneurship and management.
  • Implement various efforts to enhance graduates’ competitiveness at the global level through improvements in the quality of education, research, and community service.

 

GOALS OF THE MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAM

  • To produce social entrepreneurs and graduates with managerial skills who are globally competitive, possess noble character, and uphold the values of Indonesian nationalism.
  • To generate outputs with national and international reputation that directly or indirectly impact the development of economics and business knowledge, enhance the welfare of the Indonesian people, and contribute to global civilization.
  • To build a conducive academic atmosphere based on outcome-based learning to achieve the quality of activities in the Three Pillars of Higher Education.
  • To develop a higher education governance system based on the principles of good university governance.
