Aspiring to Uncover the Potential Kluthuk Guava, Residents Near the Banjaran Village Tourism Unit Are Prepared to Venture into Nourishing Products Business with Banjaran’s Unique Characters
The Faculty of Economics and Business Alma Ata – The Faculty of Economics and Business Alma Ata recently organized a Nutripreneurship training program through the matching fund 2022 initiative. The training was attended by residents residing near Banjaran Tourism Unit, specifically from Watugedug, Kentolan Lor, and Kembang Putihan hamlets in Guwosari Village, Pajangan, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The training session took place on Monday, September 26, 2022, at the Pendopo of the Banjaran Unit in Guwosari, Pajangan, Bantul.
The purpose of nutripreneurship training program is to provide knowledge about the unique food processing techniques of the Banjaran region. It also aims to equip local residents, especially farmers involved in food cultivation and small business owners, in their efforts to contribute to the development of the Banjaran Village Tourism Unit as a center for culinary and family.
The active engagement of the residents during the training indicates their eagerness to explore the potential of Kluthuk Guava and develop distinctive products for the Banjaran Village Tourism Unit. With a better understanding of its nutritional benefits, they are now well-prepared to enhance the utilization local food processing and contributing to the growth of the Banjaran Unit as an engaging culinary and educational tourism center.
