Faculty of Economics and Business Alma Ata – Faculty of economics and business in collaboration with Kalurahan Guwosari through the matching fund program 2022to conduct a series of training program. On September 26, 2022, the first day of training focused on the Living Values Education Program (LVEP) for the development of Banjaran Guwosari Village Tourism. This LVEP training involved active participation from Alma Ata University’s faculty members and students, as well as local community members and village officials. Additionally, several local entrepreneurs around the Banjaran Village Tourism site also attended the training. The LVEP training was facilitated by Ms. An-Nisa Apriani, S.Pd, M.Pd. and Ms. Indah Perdanasari, S.Pd, M.Pd, esteemed lecturers from Alma Ata University’s PGSD Program, alongside Ms. Mufida Awalia Putri, S.Pd, M.Pd, a respected lecturer from the PGMI program at Alma Ata University.
LVEP is an educational initiative designed to instill essential life values, such as peace, respect, love, tolerance, happiness, responsibility, cooperation, humility, honestly, simplicity, and unity. The main objective of the LVEP training is to cultivate these 12 universal values among the residents and development cadres of Banjaran Village Tourism.
During the LVEP training, participants are formed into several groups to discuss and create mindmaps about the values needed in developing Educational, Historical, and Cultural Tourism in Banjaran Village. Afterwards, some groups are presented their result of their discussion.
Through this event, it is hoped that it will encourage the stakeholder in Banjaran Touris Village to implement these fundamental values that plays pivotal role in the successful growth of the village tourism sector.
